Meet Andrew Ball, a dedicated individual with a rich history in youth work and a passion for driving cars and trucks. Known for his focused approach, Andrew combines logical thinking with practical skills in all his endeavors. He loves the beautiful landscapes of the South West and enjoys life on his small hobby farm. A former race car driver and footy umpire, Andrew also served as an ambulance officer, showcasing his commitment to community service. He holds a Department of Transport driving instructor's license (number 9485), reflecting his dedication to sharing driving expertise with others.
Path to Expertise
University Trained Youth Worker
Andrew started his working life as a university-trained youth worker and counsellor. It is not lost on him the incredible opportunity to once again be working side by side with young people to achieve their goals which will be life changing for them.
Funeral Director
For over a decade he spent working in the funeral industry which gave him a first-hand insight of the massive loss that road trauma has to all family and friends. It guides him into his training and speaking regarding road safety.
Professional Driver
A professional driver through most of his life which has influenced his teaching weather it to be cars, trucks or busses Andrew has really found his true calling in life educating drivers to not only get their driver's license but to be safe on our roads.
